By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions below:• I have the right to refuse any commission.• You must be 18+ to commission me.• All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or for any type of financial gain is prohibited. I retain all rights to my work.• It is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork in any past, present, or future AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology.• You may upload the finished commission to any social media for sharing only and always crediting me with a link to one of my social media.• When you send your commission request, please include a detailed description, as well as visual references such as previous artwork you’ve commissioned, screenshots, pose and clothes references, etc.
You may also indicate if you want your commission to be private instead of public.• If your commission is accepted, I’ll send you a PayPal invoice. Once its been paid, I’ll send you a first rough sketch so you can approve the pose. Once you’ve approved the first sketch, I’ll start adding detail to it and will continue sending you updates on each stage of the commission for further approval and input until it’s completed. I'll always be available via email for questions and feedback.• Please keep in mind that drastic changes to composition, pose, etc. will not be allowed after the final sketch is approved by you. Simple changes or edits may be requested after the sketch stage, but may require additional payment depending on their complexity.• I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.
